Examination session in the winter semester of the academic year 2024/2025 - information for Students
Dear Students,
We kindly inform you that in accordance with the UAAFM Rector's Order No. ZR/2024/0054 regarding the organisation of the academic year 2024/2025 and the organisation, dates and procedure for completing a semester and a year of study - the examination session in the winter semester of the academic year 2024/2025 for full-time students runs from 27 January 2025 to 7 February 2025; the retake session from 17 February 2025 to 28 February 2025.
Please read the following information:
Students are admitted to examinations or credits on record. A member of the Dean's Office staff will add the student to the examination and credit protocols after verifying that the student has been enrolled for the winter semester and has settled status and is not in arrears with their tuition fees.
Therefore, we ask all students to check in the Virtual Dean's Office (tab Finance) for outstanding fees for tuition fees, repetition of courses and programme differences (with a deadline for completion by the end of the winter session 2024/2025) and to settle them as soon as possible by making a payment to the student's individual bank account number well in advance for the funds to be credited.
Only a student without any financial backlog will have the session card marked as EXTENDED and will be able to take credits/examinations.. If not, the student's name on the protocols will be blocked, resulting in the teacher not being able to enter a mark.

From academic year 2022/2023 students of Medicine in English have to make payments for the diploma and for the ID card in Polish currency (PLN) at the cash desk. Other payments set in Euro should be paid by students to an individual account.
